Returns Policy

Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. At Diamonic, we take pride that our jewellery is produced with the highest standards of quality and excellence. We offer a very flexible 30 days return policy, meaning that should for any reason you be unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us for a full refund.

Keep in mind that we cannot accept any jewellery that is custom made, anything that has been already resized. Any items returned must still be unworn in pristine condition in order for your return to be processed. Any Jewellery sent back to us will be subject to assessment before any refunds can be processed. Once your jewellery has passed our quality checks, we will contact you via phone or email and process your refund within 30 days.

For orders shipped internationally, we cannot offer ring resizing since taxes are levied every time a jewellery item crosses the border. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, please contact our customer service representative.

If you are sending your ring back to us for a one-time complimentary resizing, please write clearly what size you would like us to adjust your ring too. For security purposes, please use the original packaging to send your jewellery back to us or a similarly sized package.
